Blowing Your Cover is an evangelism training course with a difference; the difference being that it is more of a way of life rather than a programme. Written by two church focused evangelists, Kevin Higham (Family Church - Christchurch) and Mike Sprenger (Kings Church - Darlington) the course has been developed over several years.
The course consists of 6 sessions, which can be run over 6 - 12 weeks. Its purpose is to equip and release people to share their faith in everyday life, giving them confidence and providing them with an insight into their unique style of evangelism. The course was designed as a response to the need for a UK focused course for the UK churches and includes workbooks, leaders guide with training DVD, and a double DVD media pack with 21 videoettes and all necessary slides. The DVD media pack is designed to the highest quality and uses up to date design techniques that means that no powerpoint is needed for the slides. It is very user friendly.
The course can be lead by two or three leaders from the local church who put their stories, testimonies and flavour of church onto the course allowing it to be adapted for every church denomiation from Baptists to Anglican, free church to Catholics! People across the country and further afield are finding that the course really does free them to share their faith in a natural and effective way.
