The Leader's Guide empowers and equips your training team to run the course within your church. It comes complete with a dynamic 30 minutes leader’s training programme. The guide covers all the leader needs to know in order to run the course and allows for the leader to overlay their personality, evangelistic experiences and "flavour" of church.

The guide is split into three parts:

• Part 1: This initial part covers the concepts of deployment of the course, and also explains the functionality of the leader's guide and symbols.
• Part 2: This section is a walkthrough of the workbook. It explains the BYC principles behind each of the workbook sections in an easy to follow format, allowing the trainer to put their style and stories into the course.
• Part 3: This final section covers the production of a personal tract.

DVD: The 30 minutes leader’s guide training programme DVD gives the trainer valuable insight into the heart and vision of the course, along with seven keys to effective deployment plus lots more… The DVD is designed to give you and your leadership team the confidence to run Blowing Your Cover. When coupled with a Vision and Training Day it provides a dynamic to deployment that is both effective and stimulating. The Dvd also contains 30 minutes of teaching on culture by Mark Greene from The London Institute of Contempory Christianity
